Appointments can also be cancelled/rescheduled on the portal as long as it is done 48 hours before your appointment.

I am a current patient of Eunoia Medical. How can I book an appointment?
If you are a current or active patient of Eunoia Medical, you can book your appointments online via the AVA Connect Patient Portal.
If your portal is not working properly, please email AVA Support at support@avaindustries.ca.
I have an appointment booked but I haven’t received any messages or guidance on what to do.
We have automated appointment reminders that will be sent in text message and email prior to your appointment.
Most of our physicians utilize unique telemedicine rooms with Doxy.me, however some have custom links for each appointment.
If your provider uses a custom Doxy.me link for her appointments, please head directly to her link at your appointment time.
If your provider uses a separate link for each appointment, your provider will send you a text message with the link at the time of your appointment (or within 5- 10 minutes of start time.) Occasionally your provider is behind and will send you a message when she is ready.
If 15 minutes have elapsed since your appointment time and you have not received a text message from your provider, please email hello@eunoiamedical.ca.
I am a newly accepted patient and have completed my Meet + Greet. What should I do now?
You will be provided next steps during your Meet + Greet. However, you will also receive an email invitation to set up your AVA Connect Patient Portal.
Following your Meet + Greet, you will need to book your Eunoia Introduction Session prior to having your first appointment with a physician.
If you are a newly accepted patient and have not yet set up an account on AVA Connect, you can do so by clicking here.
All appointments must be exclusively booked, cancelled and rescheduled via the virtual patient portal.
I need to cancel my appointment. What should I do?
If you need to cancel your appointment, please refer to the Eunoia Patient Agreement (linked above.)
Please note that appointments may be cancelled via the Virtual Patient Portal up until 48 hours prior to the appointment. Within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee will be charged.
Note: This policy is strictly enforced and cancellation of appointment requires a minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
